Omar Blue - Don't Worry I'm Okay

Hi my friends. Don't worry, I'm okay. We caught it in time.

Ma had been watching two bumps on my legs about the size and hardness of marbles. Our vet operated and found low grade cancer in one of them. I don't need radiation or anything, but I have to take special pills. The cancer specialist says I should be fine, but we have to watch carefully, forever, just in case.

I tried to stay away from the stitches but I couldn't so now I have to wear the Cone of Shame.

Luckily, I'm not feeling bad, but Ma is making me take it easy.

Just for a while though.

Please be careful like my Ma everyone. Keep checking us to make sure you don't feel anything.

I've had plenty company. The females from my Pack at K-9 Town came to see me. They were dressed up in the new collars Ma sent them for Christmas. Aren't they something.

They wanted to make sure Ma knew how to take care of me. They think they can do better, but felt pretty good after seeing me and giving Ma lots of instructions before they left.

Ma likes when members of my Pack come to see us. She knows how much they love and depend on me.

They'll be fine, now that they've seen me.

I won't have to wear this thing much longer, if I can't bother my stitches.

Thank goodness.

Bye everyone. See you soon. Don't worry, I'm okay.

Omar Blue - The Takeover - Shocka Din meets King Cat Sateer

Hi everyone. I haven't seen you since my birthday. I've been working. Don't forget I'm our company's mascot. Ma says that's a big job and I'm an excellent mascot for BiggSiss. I'll be with you as soon as I get undressed.

In the meantime, take a look at how Me, Ma and Sister Joy's work is paying off. We're in one of the popular magazines. Richmond Magazine.

I'm back now. We're settling down. Ma got a fire going.

Remember the vicious timber wolves that arrived at K-9 Town. There is going to be trouble, that's for sure. We're just waiting for them to start something.

In the meantime, I'll fill you in on what happened shortly before they arrived. Ma has decided to make this another chapter in her book.

Shocka Din and his band of ferocious timber wolves continued in search of Omar Blue and the town they intended to overrun.

As they focused more on their surroundings, there came an overwhelming sensation that something wasn’t right. The timber wolves walked in almost complete silence.
Shocka’s acute senses had never failed him. The feeling that something was about to happen consumed him.
He was about to alert his followers when there came a barrage of rocks, sticks and undetermined objects, all aimed at them.
Coming from the trees.
They looked up and were amazed to see “cats,” running through the branches like monkeys, every once in a while crossing their paths at high speeds, showing absolutely no fear of him or the others. How could this be? Why were they being attacked?
By cats!
If only they could catch a few to make examples of them, but they were too fast. They were only blurs.
Shocka looked around for the leader. There had to be one. This was no random attack.
Finally, he saw what he was looking for. Their eyes locked for a long moment, then King Cat Sateer let out a low meow, and as quick as they had appeared, all of the cats were gone.
As they travelled back to Catdom, King Sateer thought to himself, “Omar wouldn’t mind that we had a little fun.  I want those timber wolves to recognize early that this land and its inhabitants are unlike any they have intruded upon before.
A small lesson indeed, compared to what is in store for them when they reach K-9 Town.” He chuckled as he picked up the pace to a run that would have them back at Catdom in no time at all.

I'm not the least bit surprised at what my friend King Cat Sateer did. If you recall, I told you he was planning something when I visited him. I'm just glad Shocka Din didn't catch any of that brave bunch.

I don't need to worry about those cats because after Major Diggs, King Sateer is the best strategist I know. I've seen him and his cats outwit adversaries when the odds were against them, many times.

I'm going to dose off for awhile now, then I'll be headed for K-9 Town. I miss my pack when I stay away too long. They are always so glad to see me. Ma understands. There is nothing like it.

Thanks for coming to see me. I'll be back soon.

Omar Blue - The Birthday Boy

It's my birthday today, January lst. Ma says all my friends celebrate on my birthday.

Thank you for celebrating my birthday.

I had a party. I'm just getting back from making sure everyone got home safe. Especially the little ones. They all live in the neighborhood.

We had fun talking about the party as we all walked together. I didn't tell Ma how much noise we were making. Lol. That was some bunch. Dogs and cats. We all got along.

I told them as they arrived to "leave the hostility at the door." They did.

I took a group picture.

I'm back home now. Me and Ma just finished straightening up. It's been a wonderful birthday but now I'm pretty tired. I couldn't wait to get off my feet.

Ma says there is always someone watching over me, but I never see them.

I'm just taking a little nap, then I'm going to finnniishhh celebrattttin........

Luv youuuu......
